Accommodation policy
All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. A 30% deposit of the total booking is charged at the time of booking and full payment must be made within 30 days prior to guest arrival. Your booking will be cancelled, if payment is not made.
Where bookings are less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellations made 31 + days prior to check-in; no penalty.
Cancellations between 30 – 15 days prior to check-in; 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to check-in or no shows; a 100% cancellation fee applies.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing stay@charlotteplains.com.au.
A full refund will be issued if weather conditions prevent you from accessing Charlotte Plains, due to our decision to close roads.
Date changes are accepted, if available. You are also welcome to nominate someone else to take over your booking.

Camping policy
For camping guests we are flexible with date changes and offer refunds. However, you will not be refunded automatically, please email stay@charlotteplains.com if you require a refund. Please note that funds will take 3-5 days to appear in your account.
If you have not made payment yet, you can cancel your booking through the ‘Cancel’ link, which can be found on your original booking email. If you have troubles, please email stay@charlotteplains.com.
If you would like to make changes to your booking, please click the ‘Edit’ button at the bottom of your booking reservation. You cannot edit a booking once it is paid – you must contact a member of staff.
