Can I have a fire?

Campfires are permitted at Charlotte Plains, and there is wood available for your own collection. Please do not take wood from the communal fire pit.

We do not have defined campsites, as we want to give campers the flexibility to set up their campfires in a way that suits their group or individual needs. To help us maintain this freedom, please ensure you douse your campfire with water before leaving or going to bed.

Please DO NOT bury your fire, as it’s important that other campers can see where fires have been. Thank you for helping us keep the campsite safe and enjoyable for everyone!
