There’s rain/bad weather forecasted. How do I check road updates?
Charlotte Plains is a rural station and our roads are easily affected by rain.
We will always do our best to post accurate and frequent weather updates to our social media, however we are a working station and this can be difficult. Please check our Facebook and Instagram before you arrive. You can check if there is any predicted rain prior to your arrival here.
If Middle Rd is closed:
– The Private Bathing Hut WILL NOT be accessible from the Bore Campsite.
– The accommodation remains accessible via the Homestead (Charlotte Plains Rd), but please note that the communal Hot Artesian Baths are only reachable by a 40km round trip (back along Charlotte Plains Rd). However, you can still access the Private Bathing Hut from your accommodation.
